"My name is Kose Joyce from Butende village, Kikuntu parish, Busesa town council, Bugweri district. Life was very hard for me and my four children. We lived in a small shack with a roof that leaked every time it rained, and we had no proper door or windows. I was always scared, es pecially after thieves broke in, but I had no way to improve our situation. I was old, tired, and without hope, just wait ing for the end. But then, Muslim Aid USA came into our lives and gave us a new house. It’s strong, safe, and beau tiful—people in the village now admire my home. My life has changed completely, and I’m so happy and thankful."
